Served by Harry at the Ipswich store. Very professional and suggested mattresses based on the sleep machine. Was offered a drink while filling out paperwork. Everything went smoothly.

Good selection,

The assistant didn’t pounce on us as soon as we arrived. He approached us & offered assistance. He demonstrated the two sofa beds we were looking at & left us to discuss our options. He returned & gave us the information we needed. He was very helpful but didn’t pressure us into making a decision. He placed our order very efficiently & was very pleasant.

From the time my wife and I entered the store to the time we left, the assistance, guidance and information we received was of the highest quality. At no stage were we pressured into buying one make over another, but given sufficient time to experience what was on offer and make up our own minds. Within the first few minutes we were also offered the choice of tea or coffee, which was much appreciated. The assistant, Vicky, was superb in the way she explained everything thoroughly while taking us through considerately until we made our final selection.
