We went into Dreams with a open mind. Harjit, came our way and on hearing our dissatisfaction of our current mattress explained about the sleepmatch on how it maps your body in 3 minutes and will find the best mattress to suit myself and my wife. We were so surprised how far technology has come and after the test, Harjit got us to test 3 different mattresses with suited our needs. We have found the perfect mattress with a 100 night trial. Great customer service.

Carol who 1st served us was very very helpful in every way she helped us in choosing the products we bought as my husband has a lot of problems and a lot of pain and struggle to sleep hence it stops me sleeping (wife) as well so she gave us some really good advice, then we had to leave for an appointment, and go back, which we did, then we see Cathy as Carol was with another customer, cathy who was also very helpful, just confirmed all what Carol had already said, so all good, they also offered us drinks which was lovely, so a big thankyou to Carol and Cathy for all your help Mr and Mrs s laidler

was served by Carol in the Ipswich branch and we went into dreams only knowing a little of what we wanted and carol took the time to understand our needs and produce us with exactly what we needed, we even done the mattress test and then shown each individual mattress that would suit me and my husband, carol spent all the time we needed with her and even gave us space to make decisions and she helped us get a brand-new bed and mattress at amazing price, no question or request was too small and we felt very valued.
