Very professional and caring staff Didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. Felt very looked after.

Gerrell really understood straight away what I required. He was friendly and polite and extremely efficient. When part of the order couldn't be delivered by the date I needed he helped me find an equally suitable replacement. The upbeat atmosphere there among colleagues was also noticeable. Plus Dreams had the best looking product for the price I was looking for.

We were welcomed into the store by Carol who was very friendly and extremely helpful. Her product knowledge was amazing and allowed us to make our own choice, in our own time. Rather than being pressured into buying something you are not too sure about, so you end up leaving the store. Yes we spent more than originally planned, but that was our choice as we decided to go for quality rather than than a lower end market mattress. Carol is a great asset to Dreams, as also is Cathy the store Manager who helped with the processing of the sale.

The overall experience was excellent from the moment we stepped into the shop. Friendly easy going staff, and very helpful. Answered all my questions abut the products. Offered lots of advice. I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The products are excellent and at a very reasonable price. I will recommend this place to my friends and family and I will definatly shop here again.

The sales assistant Carol was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I went with my sister to get her a new bed and Carol sorted her out with the perfect bed. She had a go on the sleep match bed in store and found the results very helpful. Carol made us both cups of coffee and went to a lot of trouble answering our questions and demonstrating things eg the mattress toppers which we both ended up buying as we were suitably impressed! My sister was thrilled with her purchases and can’t wait for her new bed to arrive. I am very happy too with my mattress topper! All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.
