Just found the whole experience easy with friendly helpful staff.

Both the sales assistant, Carol and her manager Cathy were extremely helpful and pleasant and did everything to ensure that we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted. The long lead in time was due to the order having to be specially built from scratch for us which was disappointing but totally understandable.

Vicky was extremely friendly and was very helpful in finding us what we wanted. I would highly recommend dreams due to the lovely customer service

I'd driven to Ipswich to purchase some bedroom furniture for my son and because they didn't offer a matching single bed I decided to pop into a couple of bed shops. The first shop did not have what I was looking for. Upon walking into Dreams the perfect bed greeted me on the first display but I needed it in a single. Carol offered great knowledge of the product and made the whole experience quick and easy and we ordered my son his new bed. Thank you Carol.

Met by an assistant at the door who welcomed us and said that she was available at any time should we need her assistance. We explained what we were after so she took us to a machine that determined best mattresses for us. She guided around recommended and added additional information about items. She left us alone to make decisions and helped us through the whole process. importantly we felt NO pressure at any time.

Soon after a short browse we were approached by staff asking if we needed any assistance and were promptly guided to a particular headboard we were interested in, which we happily agreed on. The staff dealt with our purchase and questions regarding deliver in a friendly, swift and professional manner. We will definitely use Dreams again!

The dreams assistant Cathy made the whole Experience of choosing a mattress so worth while. Without her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism we would’ve walked around the shop, maybe Laid on one or two beds, felt awkward And left . ( that’s what normally Happens to me in bed shops)! BUT Cathy was 100% amazing in every way ! Cathy is an asset to your store. The mattress she helped us select for my daughter seems amazing we can’t wait to get it delivered ! Thank you Cathy!
