From entering the store it was nicely laid out and you could walk through Also was spoken to very quickly and efficiently making sure we were ok etc and if required help Once our decision was made Vicky was there making sure we were helped even offering coffee or tea Vicky knew what we needed to know and advised accordingly offering the offers that went with our item but certainly wasn’t pushing,quietly suggesting which was nice Over all a very good shopping experience and having a discount on top WIN WIN for us Thank you dreams and Vicky

Wonderful experience and great service

Vicky at Ipswich could see that I was not sure about what mattress would best suit me, she was very friendly and happy to help she did the sleep works diagnostic test which showed me that a firmer mattress would suit my needs and recommended a few that I tried and she ensured I was comfortable in my sleeping position when trying. It was a quick service and she was incredibly helpful in her recommendations.

Staff assistance was amazing. No pushy sales just a clear understanding of our needs

We were offered drinks and the option to use the sleep machine which helped us understand which mattress would be best for us. This is an important and expensive purchase and we felt in good hands with Vickie.
