A warm welcome at the door. We have been before, and know what to expect ia large display in a bright cheery display room. We basically knew what we wanted. I think it was M--- so sorry I've forgotten his name. Very friendly and relaxed, guided us through our demands gave us the necessary equipment with of course the extras for Virus so we could try the beds.We enjoyed ourselves. Made our choice eventually, and exchanged interesting conversation at the desk. So much better than online
