The Staff were really nice and friendly. They seemed to be really happy and they were very welcoming. The price of the items were exceptional and he gave us an even better deal on top. Thoroughly happy with the service.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by a lovely lady called (Julie b) she showed us a couple of mattresses to be tested by our selves. To get the perfect mattress Julie advised us to use the bed simulator to get the perfect match for our body types and medical problems. To ensure we purchased the right mattress for us Julie was extremely helpful and we tested out a few matress after the simulator. Out of the three mattresses we decided to go for one that was medium to firm which was ideal for both of us. Overall Julie b was welcoming polite made us feel at easy and was very helpful with out purchases and made our experience stress free. The whole process to purchase a mattress was aided by the friendly and professional service received. We were made welcome and provided with advice and options, however we we not put under any pressure to purchase.

Julie at the Penarth Road store was excellent in every way. She was accommodating, kind and helpful. She found me a brilliant mattress and listened perfect full to my needs and despite my budget not being the biggest, was able to match me with a great mattress which suited my budget and comfort needs. She was brilliant and made my day much better with her positive vibes.

Julie was friendly and helpful. The diagnostic tool was a bit of a gimmick as we didn't get to se the results but happy with the choice we made. All staff wore appropriate PPE and there was plenty of room.
