the store was well layed out and had only 1 other customer in store so as there were only 2 members of staff the doors were then locked and it was like a vp shopping experience. Firstly he introduced himself and then asked us what we were looking for, he then took us to the corner where we lay down and a machine told us what would be perfect for us both and then we selected a bed out of a good selection and then went to the desk and sorted all the paperwork and paid the price for our package all done in about 40 minutes or so. we were not pressured at all and all at our own pace which was very nice, we got the best deal. they took into account my health issues and was a brilliant experience, would recommend to anybody
