Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

Received amazing service from start to finish, first went to view beds in the Caerphilly store and found the bed I like on clearance, went back 2 days later and the bed had been sold that morning (typical) the store manager promised me that he will call me back in 2 days time to advise whether the bed was actually sold and if they had any others on display locally! 2 days later I received a call from Caerphilly stating that the bed was sold and they had sourced the bed on display in the Penarth Road store in Cardiff, managed to go there that day and received great service from all the staff who were very welcoming and accommodating! Will be going back for new beds for the family this week!

The salesman was very friendly knew his stuff and was very mindful of the guidelines set in place because of COVID 19. He made us feel very comfortable nothing was too much trouble. The set up of the store was also very reassuring. It was a pleasure to shop there.
