Julie who assisted us was excellent, she made sure we felt safe during this time and took all precautions whilst we visited the store.

We rang in the morning to enquire if certain products were in stock, Julie checked and we were offered an appointment to save us waiting when we arrived. Upon arrival, we were seen straight away by Julie and Amanda and felt safe that the store met all hygiene standards with Covid. They kept 2 metres apart at all times and were cleaning after every customer left the store. We changed our mind a couple of times before coming to a final decision but they could still not have been more accommodating. The price was extremely fair agreed by the store manager and we were delighted with our choice. Our delivery slot is only a few weeks away which is a lot shorter than we expected and we look forward to receiving it. Thank you Dreams Penarth Road for an excellent customer experience.
