We were highly satisfied because they have a good system to protect the customer and themselves e.g sanitising station, plenty of space between customers walking around the store and paper towels covering beds and pillows as needed. Also beds etc were sanitised after we had lied on beds. Amanda was our escort around the store and she was very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy, giving us lots of information on all the memory foam beds from various manufacturers. She also wore the relevant ppe which made us feel more comfortable whilst in store. I rang the store immediately and asked about cctv. I was given the number for customer services to see if we could have access to the cctv however we cannot get through to customer services 😩
