The lady who was advising us, can't remember her name, was so helpful and patient, I explained my mum who the mattress is for has dementia and she was with me, she took time and I felt we weren't rushed and she was very understanding.

Andy was serving us and he was great. Everything he said totally made sense and I was fully satisfied with my shopping. Andy was a good story teller. He was really professional. Lastly the machine to measure yourself to find the best mattress was like an attraction and quite fun.

My son who is profoundly deaf and quite nervous of being misunderstood when entering a store was put immediately at ease by Andy. He spent a considerable time getting to understand what bed Peter needed and he built up a great rapport with Peter through his communication skills and patience. Andy is a credit to Dreams and has brilliant customer service quality. Thankyou Andy

Mike the manager was very friendly and very helpful. He was extremely very knowledgeable about the items I was looking at .brilliant service all around.. made me feel very welcome walking into the shop. And was offered refreshments..on the hole brilliant experience 👏
