The two local stores were close to each other, therefore I found the bed frame I wanted quickly as I could visit both stores in one day. Social distancing measures were amazing, however it did mean that I had to wait a while to be seen as I wasn’t aware of the appointment system. I looked online on other company sites, but found Dreams to have the best selection.

Julie the shop assistant remembered me from my previous visit and I felt that added to a personalised shopping experience. Her product knowledge was superb and she was able to answer any questions I had, no matter how ridiculous they may have sounded. I was also very happy with the delivery time for my mattress.

The store colleague, Chase, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in us choosing or mattress. The mattress was above my desired price range but looks to be of fantastic quality and will hopefully be very durable.
