The reason I was highly satisfied which my visit is I didn’t have an appointment & mark the sales person had 12 minutes till his next appointment came in & instead of making us wait he fitted us in as we new exactly what we wanted, mark was obliging & very professional & most importantly nice & quick!!! We was in & out in about 20 mins!! Fab experience will definitely shop at dreams again!!!!

The store colleague, Chase, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in us choosing or mattress. The mattress was above my desired price range but looks to be of fantastic quality and will hopefully be very durable.

Julie was so lovely and very welcoming. I had her full attention throughout and she was very knowledgeable about all products. I was recommended by my parents who also got served by Julie and I was very pleased with the results. Julie’s customer service was incredible.
