very friendly staff well informed on all aspects of which bed was right for us . helpful but not pushy , and not pressurising us into a purchase .listening to us and then explaining our options .

I went to the Penarth Road store in Cardiff. We were greeted by the Sales woman Julie (I think her name was) she was very warm and friendly. Explained about the hand sanitiser and the social distancing measures the store had in place. Julie then lead us straight to the mattress testing XBox machine. Which helped us to chose our mattresses. We ended up buying 3 pillows 2 mattresses there and then 1 king and 1 double which arrived a week after our visit tot he store. I can't fault the service and last night had one the best nights sleep I have had in a long time.

I was 'just looking' at prices of mattresses - I had no intention of buying anything yesterday, just pricing up.... We were greeted immediately by the very friendly 'Julie' who quite rightly ensured we had observed 'safe rules' (sanitiser etc.) and she explained she was currently with a customer but there'd soon be someone on hand to assist if needed, if not her herself soon (we didn't! Just 'looking' remember!) :D Along came Mark.... By now I had espied the very bed I was looking for (two previous stores had not stocked faux leather sleigh beds...) I really liked this bed, but I was only there to price up a new mattress remember.... I may be running out words here so better cut to the chase.... Mark persevered with my aloofness and encouraged me to try 'the bed thing' (pressure points etc) then it transpired that the mattress that I had my eye on was on 'offer'......Ooops I only have 3 mins before you time me out - haha I bought a complete bed and your staff are fab! Hope to elaborate more....
