We were greeted by a lovely lady (Julie) she explained what we need to do on the trial her and as we were trying the bed we needed she was very jovial and she also put up with us with a laugh and a smile which are rare things these days it made a difficult task of finding the right bed a lot easier.

The lady and gentleman when I arrived were so helpful and understanding of my condition MND, Motor Neurone Disease. I was impressed with the sleep test that chose perfect mattress for me. The delivery was excellent as well, on time and the gentlemen again so helpful in taking mattress to my bedroom. I will definitely return to Dreams for anything else I need in the future.

We walked in and was very pleased to see the cleaning options and PPE available. Julie was so welcoming and spent a lot of time with us discussing our options, the details of the products and what worked best for us. We weren’t in a position to purchase on our first visit, and we came back a few days later and specifically asked for Julie as she was so helpful and friendly.
