I was disappointed when I visited your Bridgend store earlier in the week. I was on my own and felt that the sales assistant was quiet pushy and didn’t really listen to my budget or views. He kept putting up barriers when I was asking for solutions. Walking into your Cardiff Store and being greeted by Julie was a breath of a fresh air. Straight away she listened to what we needed and ensured we left feeling totally relived that we had been able to purchase our dreams mattress in budget and also in the time frame needed.
