All covid guidelines were in place, Julie our assistant was extremely helpful not pushy gave us plenty of time to make our decision, she gave us numerous options fast and polite service and highly knowledgeable about products.

We were looked after by Amanda who listened carefully to our explanation of what we wanted. She took us to the computer beds to see what was best for us and helped us to lie down (my husband has mobility issues). She was very careful about putting paper on the bed, choosing the correct pillow and using spray, etc to cleanse the bed and pillow after. She took us to the beds which were indicated by the computer and explained about the mattresses. When we had made our choice she advised on bases for the mattress and showed us the selection of headboards. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Social distancing was applied and cleanliness was very ressuring.
