Mark was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was sanitised and offered us a bottle of water which was very welcome as it was a very hot day. When we told him our budget he went out of his way to find the right mattress for us and there was never any pressure to buy anything which is why we decided to go with the one we liked in the store.

I had just been to John Lewis before coming to dreams and was really disappointed with them. The contrast in the professionalism, helpfulness, knowledge and availability of product at dreams was such a relief.

Staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. On entering the store we were greeted by a member of staff asking if we would like a bottle of water( it was the hottest day this summer). The Manager Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful in supporting us in the decision to purchase the item. At no time did we feel pressurised or lead into making the decision to buy, this was a major contributor in rating the store as highly recommended.
