Mark was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was sanitised and offered us a bottle of water which was very welcome as it was a very hot day. When we told him our budget he went out of his way to find the right mattress for us and there was never any pressure to buy anything which is why we decided to go with the one we liked in the store.
