Excellent staff assistance, thorough knowledge and advice

Julie who was the lady looking after us ini the Penarth road store, went above and beyond to help us both with our purchase.we had been a few days earlier to dreams in Cwmbran where we were not treated very well at all the lady colleague wasn’t really interested in us at all we never really got past the sanitising unit when she asked what we were looking for and upon answering her was told they don’t stock that item anymore and not giving us the opportunity to look around and told us to go to bensons beds.which was once Harvey’s store. I didn’t want to go into dreams again after the way we were treated in Cwmbran but my husband persuaded me and I am so glad I did because we found what we were looking for. we could not fault anything about our visit so thank you Julie and Andy you were a great help.
