Jules in the Cardiff Penarth Road branch is a credit to the company. She was knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute delight. I have no hesitatation in recommending her for commendation on her excellent customer service skills.

Jules was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Made me feel very comfortable from the get go and went through multiple options with me for my budget. She was patient through my indecisiveness and helped me come to my final decision. Massive shout out to Jules from Cardiff store.

Was welcomed to Penarth Rd dreams.. Julie was lovely. Got on the bed machine.. And bought a nice matress which is being delivered within 5 days.. The whole process was fine.. I would recommend this shop! X

I have had the best experience in the store. The lady Jules has been so helpful, giving me the best options to make a decision. Im so happy with the whole experience. It was a top notch service. All staff especially Jules were extremely helpful and friendly, Jules gave me a great price on a lovely mattress. I visited twice and she gave lots of useful information about the products, she was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to make a purchase. I was also given a bottle of water during my visit. It was a really good shopping experience.

I was initially assessed on sleepmatch, was told exactly what beds would suit my needs. I was given space and time to look around, to try the beds with a pillow. I was not pressurised into buying - but at the same time felt confident in the person who helped me, as they knew their product. When it came tme to order, which I did over the phone, it was a quick and easy process. There was a mix up over the delivery - and both customer services and the also Julie from Penarth Road did all they could to help - in the end Julie managed the delivery problem so the delivery was only one day later than originally planned. To top off my very good experience, the delivery guys were more than on time: they were polite, helpful and efficient. It really was a great service
