Our overall experience met all our expectations and more the help and advice we received was excellent.

Went into your penarth Road Branch not really knowing what we were after We were met by a lovely lady called Julie...who took time to show us around the store and answered any questions that we had. We were looking for a bed frame today and with the help of Julie we found just the right one. Great customer service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who were extremely helpful from start to finish. We didn't feel pushed into any decisions like you can in other stores. It was very natural and not at all forced. A very well managed store that I could not give enough praise too :)

Friendly and good customer service. No high pressure sales. Andy was very good with our 10 year old son, listening to what he needed/wanted from our purchase.
