I don’t normally fill in surveys, but this was the first time that I’ve purchased something from dreams and I must say I was extremely satisfied with the chap that sold me the bed frame and mattress. I didn’t feel pressurised into purchasing anything at all, just welcomed into the store, and he made himself available if I had any questions. The transaction with swift, safe due to the current conditions and pleasant. I would like to add that in recent years my role was at the Walt Disney company specifically driving customer experience. My expectations generally are high after working in that role, and this guy met my expectations. Thanks again for such a nice experience
