The lady who attended to us, (JB154 Julie) was very efficient and personable. During our time with her she had told us that she had only been with your company a short time and that she was sort of still on probation. We can certainly recommend her, her product knowledge and patience was very helpful.

We were given immediate assistance when entering the store and the assistance was constant until our purchase was completed. Also the assistant was friendly, polite and extremely helpful.

Jules was very friendly and very well informed of the products. My husband is disabled and nothing was to much trouble in aiding him and myself to find the correct mattress for us.

The staff were amazing especially Julie who took and dealt with my order. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a great asset to your company. Today my bed and mattress was delivered by 2 professional and friendly delivery men. They covered their shoes when carry the items up 2 flights of tight stairs. They worked hard and didn't complain and gave me product information too. I am so impressed as I ordered a bed from Happy beds recently and had a bad experience from start to finish. I will never shop anywhere else again for beds. Will be changing my kids beds in 2022 and will go back to dreams Cardiff again

Juls was our assistant in the Penarth Rd show room she was very knowledgable and very attentive to our needs. She was confident and efficient Amd well spoken we didn’t feel pressurised which was a good selling point when you have someone who is over pushy it puts you off.
