I was really impressed with the lady and gent at the store. I think the lady's name was Julie, she asked us to sit on the sofa and if we had used the sanitizer station, she said someone would be with us shortly. The man who dealt with us knew is knowledge on your products and we didn't feel rushed or pressurised. Coming to Dreams actually worked out cheaper than buying off the internet which we had originally done with another company but had cancelled due to bad reviews. I would recommend Dreams to anyone who was looking, really good experience and good social distancing at the store.

Did shop around but service was better in dreams store, went back and still had the best service even though staff knew I had looked elsewhere. Both times dealt with by Andy extremely helpful and no pressure
