Julie was incredible. Listened carefully, offered to try the specialist bed machine, offered a drink, friendly, helpful. Offered great advice, and a product I was totally happy with, at a very competitive price. I was only thinking about getting a bed, but the service and product, plus the price and swift delivery, meant I was totally convinced immediately, and ordered on the spot. A very pleasant experience, and Julie, the staff member was exceptional.
