Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

Julie(Jules) was very welcoming. As soon as we entered the store on Penarth Road we were welcomed and asked if we wanted any help. It didn’t feel like we were under any pressure at any time to make a purchase. Julie gave us her time and expertise and also gave us spaceto think and make our decision. Excellent customer service

Jules was very helpful, her colleagues even entertained our 5 year old whilst we ordered and paid, old mattress disposal change was very reasonable , quick easy sale , no fuss , highly satisfied

Service was excellent and the staff took plenty of their time to help me with the right choice. Julie was very helpful and even let me have a go on the sleep master machine that finds the right type of mattress that would suit you the customer the best. Overall i was happy with customer service i was given. Even offered a free bottle of water and was given a free mattress protector.

We felt very much at home as we really weren’t sure what we wanted.the sales assistant made us feel comfortable with the product. Would most definitely return when we need a new bed.

The quality of customer care was superb

The new julie who approached us on entrance was very friendly, which made us feel more relaxed, she seemed to know her stuff considering she only been there 8 weeks. Overall relaxed and happy experience the whole time we was there as she took care of almost everything for us, all we had to do was choose which product we felt comfortable with the most.

We had a welcoming greeting as we entered store. Was offered water as we browsed. Lady very informative and attentive. A nice atmosphere, had a giggle with other staff also. All staff helpful, we were offered to use nearest door to our car as the rain was heavy when leaving. Nice touch, we felt valued. Excellent service. I thought it had gone out of fashion until that day 😊

Andy ( Penarth road, Cardiff store), was incredibly friendly, very helpful and very fast and efficient getting us to where we wanted to be in regards to the correct mattress for our needs.
