Our sales representative, Andy was outstanding. He greeted us with a smile and offered us a sleep match test, this was very enjoyable and confirmed our best mattress firmness. Andy offered us water, which we accepted, he gave us a pillow with a piece of protective paper to use on the beds, this was very welcome. Andy’s customer rapport and product knowledge was excellent and he couldn’t do enough for us.

Offered great advice, and a product I was totally happy with, at a very competitive price. I was only thinking about getting a bed, but the service and product, plus the price and swift delivery, meant I was totally convinced immediately, and ordered on the spot. A very pleasant experience, and Julie, the staff member was exceptional.
