I was approached right away by a very friendly and efficient member of staff (Chase) who was extremely helpful in trying to find what I needed. Unfortunately one of the items was not available in the fabric I wanted or available in the timescale and so I had to choose an alternative product instead. Overall however, I was very happy with the rest of the products I ordered and was very pleased to be able to get them at a reasonable price and to be able to get them so quickly.

We have Always bought our beds from Dreams, we have always found the staff very helpful. We were served on the last visit by a lovely lady in the Cardiff store, whose name was Julie. She suggested we try the sleep master bed (I think this was the name of the machine) we tried the bed and the recommendation was a medium mattress. Julie then showed us a mattress that was on special offer that day. We may not have bought that mattress if we had not been advised to try out the sleep master. Looking forward to our new ottoman base and mattress. Thank you Dreams.

The team in Cardiff were very friendly and hepful. They had great knowledge about the products and gave us good advice. The shop was clean and spacious, with many options for both mattress and frame. Overall very happy with the decision to shop there.
