We had previously bought a mattress from Dreams a long time ago and had taken a photo of the mattress label as we thought it would help in selecting a replacement. We arrived at the store and were immediately invited to use the COVID anti bacterial lotion etc and given a route to take around the store. After looking at the various mattresses we then showed a salesman the image of the label and he immediately guided us to a similar mattress. He gave us a brief on its construction etc and invited us to lay on the bed he had suggested. We agreed with his assessment and we paid for the product. Throughout the sale the salesman was civil and used measured humour. We were totally impressed with the service.
