Overall my husband and I were very satisfied with the service received at this store, Mark was great giving advice, prices and checking stock levels on the Beds we were looking at and didn’t come across pushy which made us feel more at ease. We needed to measure space in our home to determine which bed we were going to buy and when we returned to store another salesman looked after us who again was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great service received.

The whole time myself and partner were at dreams we felt at ease and also completely safe. Thankyou to Andy and his team for the support for buying the right product and all the information provided to make sure we purchased the best products for ourselves.

Andy was very knowledgable on the the mattresses and was very friendly also. He wasn’t too pushy at all which no one likes when trying to decide what to buy, great customer service assistant. He greeted us as we walked, on gave us a pillow to and new paper to try the beds and prevent spreading anything(covid) and offered us a drink on a number of occasions. Very kind
