We received a friendly welcome on arrival and the colleague took as much time as required to assess our needs and explain the various options available and their differing aspects and benefits. There was no pressure to buy any particular item and we were left to arrive at personal choice.

Micheal approached me not long after I entered the store. He was wonderful. Very experienced and knowledgeable. I wasn’t put under any pressure to purchase and he answered all my questions. He has a sense of humour too which I found relaxing. I wasn’t rushed I took my time. I knew what I wanted and Michael made sure I had just that.

The sales assistant was absolutely lovely! Couldn’t be any more accommodating! For our first ever bed purchase I know that I will be a dreams customer for the foreseeable future

We were welcomed to the store, guided through the various products and given time to come to a decision on our own after testing products and being given info on the items. The transaction was quick and easy and dealt with by the staff member very efficiently.
