Micheal approached me not long after I entered the store. He was wonderful. Very experienced and knowledgeable. I wasn’t put under any pressure to purchase and he answered all my questions. He has a sense of humour too which I found relaxing. I wasn’t rushed I took my time. I knew what I wanted and Michael made sure I had just that.

We were welcomed to the store, guided through the various products and given time to come to a decision on our own after testing products and being given info on the items. The transaction was quick and easy and dealt with by the staff member very efficiently.
