Penarth Road showroom, staff were very friendly and I was greeted nicely, put on the bed to find my type of mattress, given water and advice on all types of mattresses. Covid guidelines adhered to. All my questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. Julie assisted me. Excellent experience, much better than Newport Road showroom.

Julie was the assistant who looked after us. She was professional, polite & very friendly. Made us feel at ease. She was knowledgeable & helpful. We were very happy with her service.
