The lady who served us was very helpful not at all pushy which is a pet hate of mine. She gave us time to browse after showing us the range of beds that were in line with what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the product.

Andy was more than welcoming and helpful. We did not feel pressurised at all at any time of our 2 visits to purchase a mattress. He was very friendly and made the experience easier than I expected. I felt safe in the store.

The staff were very helpful snd accommodating. Chase was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. We already knew what we wanted from a bed frame and we were shown the best mattresses to go with it.

We visited the Dreams Store in Cardiff - Penarth Road and were served by Andrew (Andy). He was excellent. The bed was for my teenage son and Andy spoke directly to him, involving him in the whole process. My son commented to me later that Andy had made him feel important. So my son did the "mattress test thing" to determine what type would be suitable for him. We had already chosen the bed frame but it was more than I had planned. When I explained my budget and what I could afford for a mattress he found the recommended mattress in the clearance section (something I really appreciated as I couldn't have afforded the full price) and because of his helpfulness and going the "extra mile" in customer service, I was happy to pay a little bit more than I had planned. The chilled bottle of water offered was also a plus even though it wasn't served with ice and lemon!!

Fantastic service within minutes of arriving. Found exactly what I was looking for and really excited to receive my new bed.

The assistant who helped us Julie was fantastic and the dream mattress finder machine was great and helped us find the perfect mattress.

Very friendly staff who left us to make our own way around the store and then gave us all the relevant information that we needed to make our purchase.
