The shopping experience was very good the Mattress that we bought was great and the staff at the store and the delivery where very helpful,overall great job well done.

Highly satisfied with the overall experience. The sales lady was the most helpful person. She was NOT pushy in trying to sell us something we didn’t want. She clearly understood our needs and expectations, of our comfort and budget. She was professional and clearly answered all of our questions.

We met Julie in store and she was amazing, she helped us choose what we need and answered/explained everything to us. Julie is very friendly and approachable. Me and my hubby ordered what we came for in the store that day with Julie’s help. Thanks Julie keep up the good work 👍👍

The store assistant was fantastic. She was helpful, easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable. I wasn't rushed to make a decision. She started by discussing the results of the Dreams mattress assessment and took me through the options, listening to my feedback and taking it into consideration. Then when I was deciding between the three most suitable options, she left me to it and gave me the space and time I wanted to make my decision. Dreams was my first stop on a list of places to try out that day, but I just went ahead and ordered the mattress there and then, and felt no need to go elsewhere. The available range was great, I got the mattress I wanted in the sale which was a bonus, and enjoyed excellent service, what more could I want! Would highly recommend this store.
