The sales assistant (Chase) took time to listen carefully to what we were looking for. He had excellent product knowledge. We did not feel rushed. We felt as customers, we were made to feel important. We were not over-sold products. Sales assistant made relevant suggestions with regards to accessories and insurance whilst not being 'pushy' if we were not interested. Very friendly staff in general throughout the store who appeared to be happy in their jobs. They were ensuring the store was Covid safe whilst keeping customers moving throughout. We were made to feel very welcome without the 'falseness' we sometimes experience at other retailers. The whole experience was both seemless and 'painless'!

Chase greeted my partner and I straight away with a very friendly and happy attitude. He quickly understood our needs and took us to the mattress machine where it shows what mattress would be best suited to our needs. He then showed us the wide range of mattresses available. Chase also had a very good understanding of every mattress suited to my partner and I. He also advised his personal opinions which helped a lot as my partner and I have never bought a mattress before. Chase was very helpful, polite and patient throughout the sale. I would also like to thank him again - he made our trip to dreams very relaxing as my partner and I knew we was in very capable hands.

Julie was so attentive to our needs. She was fun, friendly, very informative and always professional. She really helped us find our dream bed without being at all pushy. Fantastic service.
