Staff friendly and store was very clean. We were served by Julie and she made the process of picking a bed easy for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and listened to the issues we had in selecting a replacement mattress before guiding us to appropriate products.

Julie, the sales girl at the Penarth Road, Cardiff was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the range of products available. Once we had been on the machine that analyses the best mattress for you she was extremely efficient in pointing out the best options for us. We were never pressured into making a decision but felt at ease knowing the one we chose, on her recommendation, was the correct one for us

Excellent service from Mark and all the other staff very friendly. Enjoyed the process of testing the mattress, and got the bed of my dreams!

We were greeted by Jules when we came in and she was amazing. Was not pushy but took time out to get us acquainted with what we needed. I am disabled and she was brilliant with me. Helping and not rushing and going at my pace. As we had an idea of what we wanted she put us on the amazing bed that took our measurements etc. Never seen this before but what a brilliant piece of kit. Well impressed. It gave us the mattresses that would be most suited which we then tried. Didn't take us long to choose which I think was fab as it saved time having to jump up onto lots of beds which is not the best when you are disabled. A really lovely and friendly professional person who made the experience fantastic. It was a really hot day and Jules sorted bottles of water to keep cool which was a lovely touch. She is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks for making us feel special 🙂

We could not fault the service we received from Julie. She explained all the merits and different aspects of every mattress we tried and nothing was too much trouble. It was a very pleasant shopping experience altogether. We look forward to receiving our new mattress on Saturday and we hope it will do the same for my back pain as it did for Julie’s sciatica. Amanda has looked after us last year when we were browsing through the products and she looked after us again now when we finally decided to buy the mattress and Ottoman. She was very honest & knowledgable about all the products which led us to choose the best deals at that time. It felt like talking to a friend really, so it was an overall easy purchase.
