Julie was the assistant who helped me choose a mattress for my needs. Friendly and I felt that she was able to spend as much time as I needed to choose the right mattress.

Good service friendly and knowledgable. I was took my very Elderly Aunt who had very specific needs and the height was crucial Amanda took time to explain every thing very clearly and with Good customer care give my Aunts needs .

Julie was the lady at the store who helped us find the right mattress. She offered us a drink at the beginning too. She ran through all our payment options with us and it was all smooth sailing with her

Great service as soon as we entered. Was looked after, friendly staff throughout the store most notibly Andy our assistant. Really informative, lovely guy, entertained our daughter whilst she was waiting around for us to pick our bed, just a really great guy. He was helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy or 'salesy'. The technology in store to help us choose a bed was excellent and enjoyable!

The staff where incredible. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted any water. And then treated like royalty through out. We left feeling amazing and would recommend to everyone.
