I was highly satisfied at Dreams Penarth road shop as the bed i was looking for was on display and also in stock. Only took few days for delivery. Paid to have it put together All done professionally and packaging taken away. Very helpful staff in Penarth Road shop.

The staff member was incredibly helpful, polite knew when we needed assistance but also gave us space to have a think and make a decsion. Was not pushy but did sell us the benefits of the bed care.

We had a lovely experience! A lady called Amanda served us, she was friendly and helpful and patient (with my indecisiveness!) she really let us take our time choosing a mattress and was super knowledgeable about all the products.

Excellent service. Assistant was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and gave great advice and recommendations. Went on to purchase a mattress. Great lead times on delivery, quick, easy and informative transaction. Will definitely be back to purchase my sons new bed in the next few weeks.

Julie was an extremely helpful person. Very knowledgeable as far as to the type of bed I needed. I had asked to see Relyon Beds, of which there were 3 different models in the store. One of these came up on the “ bed test” and I finally decided on this. All done and paid for within 40 mins. I was thrilled with my purchase and look forward to the delivery. Thank you Julie.
