We had purchased single divan beds for our children in 2014 and wished to purchase a double divan with the same base and mattress. Eventhough the previous mattresses had changed name Julie (retail assistant) found the product we had requested. Julie made us feel welcome and as if our custom mattered. Julie was able to recommend the firmness of the mattress and encouraged us to test more than one mattress prior to purchase. She also demonstrated the base storage options available. Julie was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Whilst processing the paperwork she ensured that we had the best deal available. We are very impressed with the customer service Julie offered - professionable and not pushy. We purchase items from Dreams because of the quality of the products and service and the price promise.

a very pleasant experience the store manager,Paul,was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or patronising (as was the case with Benson ) it was a very hot and muggy day and immediately we entered the store we were offered a ice cold bottle of water,as the saying goes the little things mean a lot we were asked for our needs and Paul took us through our choices but then left us to browse and decide ourselves but was always at hand when required.

The young man that served us was very polite , not intrusive as we were browsing , had very good product knowledge ,and was very helpful . the general attitude of the staff was happy and friendly , a very positive expierience .

The assistant at the store Michael (little) was very pleasant and helpful. He showed me various mattresses of the type I was looking for and he then carried it out to my car.

I explained my specific needs and these were met with a choice of suitable options. My budget was taken into account and I was satisfied that Julie knew what I was looking for.

The staff were extremely helpful and patient while we were choosing the bed and mattress. Hot drinks were offered and asistance was given to put mattress in the car. Julie in the store was knowledgeable of the offers and helps a great deal with our order.
