As soon as I arrived at the store I was asked if I needed assistance, I said what I was looking for the assistant was extremely helpful I was looking for a headboard for my Dreams bed I saw what I wanted payed had a a friendly chat lovely.

My partner and I were only "window shopping" but after sitting down with sales assistant Andy we were ready to go ahead with our purchase. The sales assistant was so helpful and so well informed we felt we had all the information we needed so wasted no more time on it and completed our purchase. I think that we have saved weeks of trudging from store to store second guessing ourselves. We are very happy with our decision.

The problem I experienced was dealt with swiftly and professionally and I was made to feel very much that the customer is a top priority with the dreams team.

Our sales lady Julie was very good and helpful and had the knowledge of the bed and products that she sell.

We were greeted by Julie immediately. My son was looking to purchase a double bed. He didn't really know what he wanted. Although we went as a family being only 18 he didn't want to listen to mum or dad. Julie was very patient and showed all the various choices within his budget and talked to him directly as he was making the purchase ( not all assistants do this as I am sure you are aware) we were all hugely impressed

The assistant Julie was very helpful and helped guide us through the different products as we didn't know exactly what we wanted

Excellent customer service, informative but not overpowering

I received great service, Julie took the time to understand my questions and I was confident in her information and I left feeling extremely pleased with my purchase. Considering I arrive for a headboard and left with a bed and a headboard. It was a gift for my daughter and was a great price, Julie talked through everything with me and I was really pleased.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We stated what we wanted and was shown what was on offer and how to differentiate the mattresses on view. We decided on a suitable mattress and were then shown one that was on offer at a reduced price. The slight marks on the mattress was reason for reduction and these were clearly pointed out. We decided to have that mattress and were given free disposal of our old mattress and two free pillows. We also took away cover for our old mattress and a cover for the new mattress. Delivery was within a week and the phone call on delivery morning was explained. The salesman, Michael was friendly, efficient and helpful.
