The service I received from Andy in you Cardiff store was exceptional, he was both friendly and informative in helping me choose and make my purchase, I was with other members of my family who commented that the service he provided would encourage them to shop at your store too.

Salesman was genuine and a top bloke! Considered our needs and helped us buy when we didn't intend to and spend £600 more than expected!!!!!!

Great staff and service, Paul was really knowledgable about the products and took his time helping us. We also didn't feel pushed or rushed to make a decision.

Shopping with a 7 month old in tow isn't always easy. Until we went to Dreams. The assistant in the store, Julie, was not only very knowledgable about the products but also helped us to keep our little one entertained while we tried and compared products to come to a final decision. So not only did we leave happy with our purchase but we also left with a happy baby. Thanks Julie!

Julie who served us was fantastic from the start. She was very welcoming and spent time to listen to is and ask us about our needs. She then showed us and talked us through our best options. She spent time talking to us and then giving us time inbetween to talk alone about the decisions we wanted to make. She could not have done more to help us and we can not praise her enough!

When I first walked in I was not immediately jumped on with the sales talk. I had a few moments to myself before I was approached which i think is very important as it can make you feel pressured and rather intimidated. Julie at the store explained from the start how the price ranges worked and the colour of the throws. She spent time with me trying out the different comforts so she could match me with a suitable mattress in the clearance as I was on a budget. Very friendly and didn't make me feel pressured. She did the best she could regarding discount and gave a great deal for upgrading the pillows. From trying the mattresses to payment everything was simple and straight forward and knowledgable. I did spend more than what I wanted too but that makes a great sales person I spose. Overall Julie was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Julie approached myself, my 1 year old son and my brother, with a warm and friendly welcome, introducing herself to us and engaging with my son. Her knowledge on products was exceptional, he customer relations skills were fantastic and her patience and engagement with my son throughout was brilliant. Could not have asked for anything do be done differently.
