The person who served us was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly without being overly familiar. The delivery time was far better than expected. The two men who carried out the delivery were excellent. No fuss very polite no mess just great.

The assistance I had from Mark in the penarth Road store was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, he wasn't pushy, he just gave good honest advice. He was clearly very busy when I went in with my partner, but at no point was he unavailable for assistance. I also spoke to a young lady called Amanda who processed my finance. She was very friendly and professional. She mentioned that Mark was the store manager. He is a credit to your company. I will be referring the penarth Road store and Mark specifically to all my friends and family. That's how impressed I am.

From the time we entered your store we were treated with the friendliest people I have ever met in any store I have visited. They treated my husband and I as being on the same level as them not as OAP,s which is the norm, We were given free time to chat over our purchase to make sure it was right, we were both offered water as well which I accepted as it was a hot day. Was very, very pleased with the whole visit and satisfied.
