Jules was amazing. I told her the situation I was in (leaving my partner who insisted he wanted to keep the bed). She looked up my previous order and found me something very similar to what I originally had that ticked all of my boxes. So friendly and helpful. I will always trust her to find exactly what I’m looking for!
