Although it was a Saturday afternoon and the shop was very busy we were acknowledged and only waited a short time for assistance.

Very attentive staff, friendly and courteous. Good knowledge of products. Did not use 'hard sell' tactics but gave us time to try out all the beds which we were interested in. The store was clean and well set out and on the two occasions we visited we were offered tea or coffee straight away.

Prompt customer service upon entering the store. Staff took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered me choices and time to make a choice

The sales assistant Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to look around without breathing down our necks. He was happy and polite and made us feel very welcome in the store. I found the whole experience to be very satisfactory and would shop there again. I would recommend Dreams to family and friends as the service was great!

We were looked after from the time we walked through the door, julie fully explained the differance between the beds and made every effort to make sure we had the best mattress for our needs. We were shown range of pillows.julie even made us a cup of coffee. Nothing was too much effort for her. Overall the staff were very polite and friendly and i am looking forward to recievimg my new bed
