MIKE AND HIS BOSS, WERE PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGABLE, HELPFUL, EXTREMELY POLITE AND ALTOGETHER PROFESSIONAL. A PLEASURE TO SEE THIS DAY AND AGE WERE EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE RUSH--RUSH WHCH IS WHY I HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO FEED THIS BACK TO YOU. THEY HELPED US CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR ME, WRAPPED IT, CARRIED IT OUT AND PUT IT IN CAR FOR ME. COULDN'T FAULT THEM. FIRST CLASS

Paul the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful and we were able to find exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price.

We were fortunate to get a clearance deal in the store. We ended up spending more than we'd initially intended, but it was too good a deal to pass up. The manager, Paul and his staff were excellent and we left the store delighted with our purchase.

We were given a lot of attention and help to find a bed that suited our needs. The sales staff were very patient as we were not he best at making a decision.

we had the sofabed we wanted in the colour we wanted. it was reduced a little because there were a few marks on it which did not matter to us as it would not be seen where we intended to leave it. the assistant showed us how to turn the sofa into a bed, which seemed easier than others we had seen. both assistants were very friendly and , in our opinion worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the purchase. also we were allowed to have it delivered in just four days ! t

We were very well looked after by Mrs Julie Rees. Her professionalism and friendly manner made our visit a pleasure.

Mike the sales assistant listened to what we wanted and found us the best possible product in a price range that suited us. I really appreciated that he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me the most expensive products.
