I went into the store to window shop for a mattress. I looked around the store for a couple of minutes and a customer assistant came to help me. I told him what kind of mattress I was looking for and he showed me a couple, but they were very expensive. He said there was one in clearance. We went over and had a look. I liked the look and the feel of the mattress so I purchased it for very good value. I was very happy with the complimentary pair of pillows I received. I was also pleasantly surprised with the free delivery as well. The promise of delivery within seven days was excellent. The customer assistant, Michael, was very helpful and well mannered.

We had a good idea of the product that we wanted, so it was easy for us with the knowledge that we already had, and being a previous customer we knew we were in safe hands. A good knowledgeable no nonsense assistant made things flow seamlessly, so we were able to get quickly, and with the rest of the weekend. Delivery of our product is on Wednesday, so if all goes well, then an all round highly satisfied job.
