Dreams - Cardiff - Penarth Road

We came into the store a little unsure of what we wanted. Andy, the dreams employee, was extremely helpful and allowed us to peruse the shop floor first, explained the layout and allowed us to roam. Then he approached us and tried out a number of different mattresses and allowed us to make the decision on what we wanted. Finally, he showed us different base designs allowing us to choose what was right for us. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience to come into the store and purchase the bed we wanted.

This was the first shop on a list we had made to visit, to purchase a new bed and mattress. So we thought it was going to be a long day. Andy, the salesman,approached us as we came into the shop to see if he could help.We told him we had just started our search and what we were looking for.He was incredibly helpful and showed us the available items for our budget and gave us space to discuss our options. The service provided by both mike and Julia was second to none. Both were attentive and courteous and were the clinching reason for the purchase from the store.

As i entered the store Julie asked if i needed any assistance and as i was not entirely sure of what i wanted the help she gave was much needed. she was friendly and informative and made the task much easier than i would have by myself

Staff - Paul at Cardiff, was fantastic Sat and talked us through different options, helped us find a good quality bed and mattress in our limited budget. Took his time to explain things to us and took time to show us all the different options and gave us time to discuss things without pushing us for a decision. Helped us see if different beds would fit, used a tape to plot out our room size and beds in the room. Well set out shop with different options available. Plenty of choice for all budgets.

we were dealt with by a salesman called Mike. He was possibly the most courteous and helpful person I have ever dealt with at any store. He was pleasant extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Paul in the Cardiff store was so helpful and really took time to explain the different products available and helped me find the perfect mattress.he gave me plenty of time so I could deside which one I wanted and once I had desided the order placing was quick and simple and made me feel assured that if any problems with my mattress by taking out the extra 8 year mattress cover would cover me if needed and a bonus I got it half price.
